Visit the K-Schedule website and click Sign Up. Enter your center details to create an account.

The default password is the last 4 digits of your phone number. You can change it later.

Yes. You can update your password anytime from your dashboard.

Yes, centers must choose a subscription plan to access the platform features.

From the Pricing Table, select a plan that fits your needs and click Add to Cart.
You can also select bundled options such as

  • 3 months + 6 months

  • 3 months + 12 months

Then proceed to checkout and complete the payment.

Yes, subscription prices may change in the future, but active subscriptions remain valid until renewal.

Go to Account Information → Class Days & Times, choose the day, set start/end times, and add available time slots.

It indicates how many students can attend a class simultaneously. Typically, 2 students per table are assumed.

Center owners can add, update, or deactivate staff members from the Staff Members section in the admin panel. Go to the Staff Members section and add staff details such as name, phone number, and status.

Staff members log in using their phone number and password, which is initially set to the last 4 digits of their phone number.

Parents can join using the onboarding link shared by the center.

Each parent account can add up to 5 students.

Yes, if the “Allow parents to edit schedule” option is enabled by center.

Go to Class View, click the green Add button for the desired time slot, select the student, and submit.

There are three scheduling types:

  • Recurring Classes – repeated weekly

  • Non-Recurring Classes – one-time class

  • Temporary Reschedule – temporary schedule change.

Students can check in or out using their barcode, which can be scanned at the center.

Parents can access the barcode from the sticky bar after logging in.

Yes, parents can track all books read by their child within the system.
Yes, parents can manually add books and upload a photo if needed.

Yes. The system includes hundreds of preloaded books, and centers can add additional ones.

SMS reminders will be available as an optional feature once the SMS integration is finalized.
