Go to Class View, click the green Add button for the desired time slot, select the student, and submit.
There are three scheduling types:
Recurring Classes – repeated weekly
Non-Recurring Classes – one-time class
Temporary Reschedule – temporary schedule change.
Parents can access the barcode from the sticky bar after logging in.
Yes. The system includes hundreds of preloaded books, and centers can add additional ones.

Live Data TV Display in K-Schedule helps learning centers show real-time student attendance activity on a TV screen. When a student enters the center and scans their barcode, their name instantly appears on the display along with their check-in time and the total duration they have been present.
The system continuously tracks each student's stay time, allowing center staff and parents to easily view live attendance status. This provides better visibility of student movement inside the center and improves safety and attendance management.
When a student leaves the center, staff can quickly sign them out by clicking on the student's name twice on the TV display. This makes the check-in and check-out process simple, fast, and completely digital for modern learning centers.
